with Tessa Manning & Rebecca Haralabatos
This 8-week series,16 classes, is designed for beginners in yoga.
You will learn the foundations of Iyengar yoga to help you build strength and flexibility and relieve stress. Designed for students who want a better understanding of the foundational poses of Iyengar yoga. Each 75-minute session will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner. Upon completion of the series, you will be prepared to enter Yoga Level I classes.
(All body types and abilities are welcome.)

Tessa and Rebecca are CIYT (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers) and IYAT (International Alliance Yoga Therapists). Rebecca has experience teaching many Intro Series and finds it a privilege and education to witness herself and others with unique bodies, histories and ailments develop greater health from the inside out. Tessa is an avid practitioner, and has used Iyengar Yoga to help treat her scoliosis.
She teaches in a way that is safe, accessible, and compassionate.
