YOGA THERAPY: Self Care Workshop Series

“Open to the simple joy of being.”

In each session we will explore gentle strengthening and balancing movements; specific breath techniques to balance clear and stimulate our System, like fire and lion breath, viloma/anuloma alternate nostril breaths. We will Focus on healing sounds as a way to activate and smooth body and mind. Gentle visualizations and relaxation like the 61 point in the body, preparing for yoga Nidra meditation resting in stillness of our “sacred heart.”

Mirka Scalco Kraftsow is a yoga therapist bringing decades of experience as a dedicated mentor to yoga students and teachers, leading retreats & workshops in the US and Europe. A co-founder of the American Viniyoga Institute, she has helped hundreds of individuals maintain a personal practice and manage challenging therapeutic conditions.
