4-Week Intro to Yoga Series with Tessa Manning

February 23rd-March 15th, 2020

This 4 class course is specially designed for students new to yoga. Students will learn the foundation of BKS Iyengar’s brilliant method of yoga, which focuses the mind, builds strength/stability, and creates flexibility. This is the perfect starting point for total beginners, and students interested in the foundational principles of yoga.
This course is a great beginning for people of various levels of ability, those who’ve been unsure of how to start yoga, and those who want to create positive personal change.
Each class will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner. Upon completion of the series, you will be prepared to enter Intro and level I classes.
SCHEDULE:

Sundays, 10-11:15am

COST: $48 for all 4 sessions
Class passes accepted and drop ins welcome

-Learn simple, useful techniques for structural balance and strength
-Explore breathing practices for stress reduction and increased energy
-Strengthen, stretch and balance your back, neck, shoulders, and hips
SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays 
11:30-1pm
Cost: $99 for series, 8 classes
*Drop-Ins & Class passes accepted, but limited.
Upon completion of the entire series, you will be prepared to enter Yoga Level I classes.
