Beth Robert started her yoga practice in 2004. She completed her first TT at Yandara where she studied Hatha Yoga. After several more years of instruction, she went deeper into the practice with Eddie Modestini and Nicki Doane studying the techniques and principles of different traditions and completing her Maya Yoga TT. Once she found her home in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Tradition she completed Tim Miller’s Primary Series TT, through which her practice and teaching style were infused with devotion. Beth continues to learn through her teacher John Smith and through her own dedication to the practice.
